Paul T. Lally

Co-Founder

As a Co-Founder of Gladstone Associates, Paul is responsible for the development and management of Client and Professional relationships.

A 1990 graduate of Widener University, Paul was a Principal with Arthur Andersen’s Private Client Services Practice. His industry experience began with The Mid-Atlantic Companies in Moorestown, New Jersey, which was acquired by First Union (now Wells Fargo) in December 1998. During his tenure, Paul served as the senior business advisor to closely-held businesses with values between five million to five hundred million dollars on comprehensive business matters, including: Strategic Business Planning, Family Succession Planning, Merger and Acquisitions Consulting, and Inter-Company Transfers and/or Buy-out Planning.

Michael D. Bilotta

Managing Director

Mike serves as a Managing Director for Gladstone and has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout the Firm’s history, Mike has been instrumental in the overall management and strategic direction of Gladstone.

With past experience in financial advisory, relationship management of Registered Investment Advisors, and commercial banking with a super-regional bank, Mike identifies with the goals and objectives of Clients and is able to provide them with insight into the mechanics and psychology of a successful transaction.

Mike focuses on providing timely, objective, and comprehensive business and financial advice to craft specific solutions that balance Clients’ needs while addressing the hard realities of running a successful business. He diligently works each engagement to maximize the options available to Clients as he develops and manages business relationships.

Mike is a graduate of Temple University.

Peter Raimondi

Managing Director

As a Managing Director for Gladstone, Peter is responsible for Corporate Strategic Planning for the firm’s Clients.

A 1980 graduate of Boston University and a 1983 Graduate of Boston University School of Law, Peter served as the Managing Editor of The Probate Law Journal. Three years after law school, Peter founded the Boston wealth management firm, The Colony Group, LLC, and led the firm as its CEO for twenty years until 2006. After moving to Florida, he founded the boutique investment firm, Banyan Partners, LLC in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in 2008. Peter led Banyan on a strategic growth plan that saw the firm grow to 85 employees and $4.5 billion in AUM in five years. In 2014, Banyan was acquired by Boston Private Wealth and Peter became CEO & President of the combined firm which, at the time, had over $9 billion in AUM. Peter has been featured in major financial publications such as, Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Planning, Financial Advisor and Real Assets Advisor magazine. He is also the author of numerous articles on topics in the wealth management industry, including most recently, The Art of Real Assets: Collecting Fine Art as a Meaningful Component of an Investment Portfolio, Real Assets Advisor, March 2016.

Robert S. Lipsey, Esq.

Of Counsel

As Of Counsel and Executive Director of Corporate Planning, Bob has multiple responsibilities in supporting and advising Gladstone’s Clientele on their most complex business, legal, compliance, and tax planning needs.

A nationally recognized specialist in advising closely-held corporations in the Financial Services sector, Bob’s principal areas of expertise include: Succession Planning; Business Transfer Techniques; Executive Compensation; Corporate Planning; Capital Analysis; and Income, Estate, and Gift Tax Planning.

He has previously held FINRA 24 & 27 licenses, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court.

Bob earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville in 1975, his Masters of Laws from Temple in 1980, and the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1989.

Daniel A. Kreuter

Chairman

As Co-Founder and Chairman of Gladstone, Dan shares in setting firm vision and strategy, and oversees operational and branding functions.

Dan is founder and CEO of D.A. Kreuter Associates, Inc. (“DAK Associates”), a global retainer-based executive search firm created in 1979. DAK has conducted over 2,500 high-impact searches on behalf of Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, Broker-Dealers and Institutional Providers centered on Strategic Business Unit Heads/”C” Suite, Distribution (Sales/Marketing), Platform Roles, and Investment Team Lift-Outs. In addition, DAK has Board Registry and Diversity Search divisions.

Dan also co-founded a successful software firm, Coates Analytics Group, which provides productivity software, scoreboarding, and benchmarking on behalf of Money Managers and Advisory Platforms. Coates Analytics was purchased by PNC Global Investment Solutions, a subsidiary of PNC Bank, in December 2007, and is now a unit of BNY/Pershing.

Most recently, Dan co-founded Gladstone Technology Partners to provide web-based valuation analytics and benchmarks to the RIA space.

Brian Goodhart

Director

As a Director for Gladstone, Brian and has more than 18 years of successful entrepreneurial, financial, and business development experience.

With past experience as a Financial Analyst and Director of Finance for a small Family Office, Brian has worked extensively with Fortune 1,000, mid-sized companies, and venture-funded start-ups and is well-versed in analyzing potential investment opportunities, evaluating deal proposals, business planning, and forecasting.

As a Director for Gladstone, Brian is responsible for leading the valuation, analysis, and due diligence of all firms and deals that involve Gladstone clients. His  areas of expertise include: Firm valuation, Profitability Analysis, Business Planning, Deal Structure Analysis, and Budgeting and Capital Usage.

Prior to joining Gladstone, Brian worked in Private Equity analyzing global investment proposals in fields such as natural gas, real estate, aviation, and more. He also spent several years with The Vanguard Group where he was a Divisional Budget Coordinator leading a team of analysts responsible for preparing financial reports, developing budgets, and performing audits of a division of over 1,000 individuals with an annual budget in excess of $100 million.  Brian holds a BS in Finance and MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.

Therese Pagano

Director of Client Services

As a Director of Client Services, Therese assists Gladstone’s Clients throughout the lifecycle of their relationship.

In addition to assisting the Firm’s Leadership team, Therese is responsible for business development presentations, due diligence coordination, and company and industry research. Therese works with management in overseeing all corporate back-office operations including marketing, accounting, human resources, IT, and coordinating the annual Gladstone conference.

Therese plays a vital role in the on-boarding of all Client relationships while ensuring current engagements are conducted in a professional and timely manner.
